Cette formule est propos\u00e9e sous la forme d\u2019un coaching familial afin de renforcer les ressources \u00e9ducatives au sein du foyer et d\u2019assurer un quotidien familial satisfaisant.<\/p><p>L\u2019intervenant de PerspectivPlus offre \u00e9galement un soutien \u00e0 la famille lors des d\u00e9marches hors cadre familial, notamment avec l\u2019\u00e9cole, les services sociaux, les institutions ou autres services impliqu\u00e9s. Il peut, en cas de besoin, occuper le r\u00f4le de relais entre les diff\u00e9rentes personnes. Ce soutien peut \u00e9galement avoir lieu pour les transitions lors d\u2019un placement (entr\u00e9e ou sortie d\u2019un foyer ou d\u2019un h\u00f4pital).<\/p><p>Il est important de soulever que les parents restent les acteurs principaux dans l\u2019\u00e9ducation de leur enfant et dans les d\u00e9marches.
